1. Access data and hosting
You may visit our website without revealing any personal information. 2. Data collection and use for processing the contract, making contact and for opening a customer account
We collect personal data that you voluntarily submit to us when you place an order, contact us (e.g. via contact form or by email) or open a customer account with us. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need those data to perform the contract or process your contact request or open your customer account, and you would otherwise not be able to complete your order and/or create your customer account or send the contact request. It is evident in each input form what data are collected.
We use the data that you disclose to us to perform the contract and process your enquiries according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR. 3. Transfer of data
We disclose your data to the shipping company in the scope required for the delivery of the ordered goods according to Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR. Depending on the payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we disclose the payment details collected for order processing purposes to the bank commissioned to handle the payment and, as the case may be, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. Some of those data are collected by the selected payment service providers themselves if you open an account with them. In such a case, during the ordering process, you must register with your payment service provider using your access data. Disclosure of data to a shipping provider

secupay represents a procedure by which the purchase price claim is assigned to secupay. This enables a dealer to deliver goods, services or downloads to the customer immediately after placing the order.
If you as the data subject chooses "debit", "purchase on account" or "credit card" as the payment option in our online shop during the order process, we automatically transmit the data of the data subject to secupay. By selecting this payment option, the data subject agrees to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.
When making a purchase via secupay, you as the purchaser transmit the payment data to secupay. secupay then carries out a technical examination of the risk of non-payment. The execution of the financial transaction is then automatically communicated to the online merchant.
The personal data transmitted to secupay is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number or other data necessary for payment processing. The transmission of the data is aimed at payment processing and fraud prevention. The controller will transfer personal data to secupay, in particular, if a legitimate interest in the transmission is given. 6. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops Trustmark and the collected reviews as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.
This is necessary to safeguard our legitimate prevailing interests in an optimal marketing by ensuring the safety of your purchase according to Article 6 (1) f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of the Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany. The Trustbadge is made available by a CDN provider (Content-Delivery-Network) as part of order processing. The Trusted Shops GmbH uses also service provider from the USA. When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a server log file which contains, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. Individual access data are stored in a security database for the analysis of security problems. The log files are automatically deleted 90 days after creation at the latest.
Further personal data will be transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for use. The contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether or not you are already registered as a Trusted Shops customer is automatically checked by means of a neutral parameter, the e-mail address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted to this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is deleted automatically.

Our online shop is exclusively for businesses. Consumers can order in our online shop https://hanfhaus.de/.
In addition to verifying your status as a business within the ordering process, we are entitled to request evidence of your status as a business by provision of suitable, current documents such as a trade register excerpt or business registration documentation.
The present Terms and Conditons shall also apply to future business relations, without any further need of reference thereto. Where the business employs conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, we hereby object to their validity; such terms will only become a contractual component if we expressly agree to them.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in the shopping basket. 4. Delivery conditions
Minimum Order / Packing Units
The minimum order value amounts to € 50. Whole laws sale prices apply to packing units (PU, see price list) A 5% minimum quantity surcharge is imposed on orders below the items corresponding minimum packing unit.
Delivery price Germany: The delivery charge per packet upt 31,5 kgs inside Germany is € 6,50. Exempted from this, are massive or special pallet item deliveries (e.g. beverages), products made to specification (e.g. matresses, bales of fabric < 20 m), as well as miscellaneous bulky goods or oversized packets.
In this case, we add our logistic partners transport fee.
Delivery Abroad / Delivery Costs Abroad
Delivery abroad is possible only in exchange for advance payment (pre-arranged advance payment) e.g. credit card payment. For foreign orders we charge the forwarding agents fee (e.g. DPD – CO2 neutral, DHL climate-friendly, Schenker). By payment from a foreign bank please make sure that costs and expenses from the transfer are covered.
The costs for shipping are calculated by weight. A detailed table with shpping zones and the corresponding costs can be found by visiting our shipping info page.Where the product that you have ordered from us is unavailable because we have not received the supplies ordered from our reliable supplier, without fault on our part and in spite of placing appropriate orders, we will inform you of this immediately in the confirmation of order. We will thereby be released from our obligation to perform and can withdraw from the contract. If you have already made payments, we will refund these without undue delay.
Subject to delivery from our suppliers, we will ensure speedy delivery. Where part of the order cannot be delivered immediately because we have not received the supplies ordered from our reliable supplier, without fault on our part and in spite of placing appropriate orders, we will deliver the remaining goods in an additional shipment without recalculating the shipping costs, insofar as this is reasonable for you.
The invoice amount is due for payment upon contract formation. You hereby agree that all invoices will be provided by email. Such consent can be revoked at any time.
In the case of late payment, we reserve the right to invoice you statutory interest for late payment amounting nine percentage points above the basic interest rate and a flat fee of 40 euros. Further claims remain unaffected hereby.

Advance payment, Direct debit process
A right of set-off is only available to you if your counterclaim entails mutuality of obligation with respect to our principal claim, is undisputed by us or has been legally established.
A right of retention is only available to you if your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
We reserve ownership of the goods until complete settlement of all claims arising from a current business relationship. You may resell reserved goods in ordinary business operations; you shall assign any claims arising from this resale – irrespective of connecting or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount to us in advance, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorised to collect the claims; however, we may likewise collect the claims ourselves, should you fail to fulfil your payment obligations.If you combine, mix or process the reserved goods with other items, we shall acquire co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the value of the reserved goods to the other processed items at the time of combination, mixing or processing. If your item is to be regarded as the main item, you shall transfer co-ownership to us on a pro rata basis. We shall release the securities to which we are entitled at your request insofar as the realisable value of the securities exceeds the value of the outstanding claims to be secured by more than 10%.
The risks of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods will transfer to you once we have submitted the item to the haulier, carrier or other contractor for forwarding to the defined person or establishment. "Kaufleute" as defined by the German Commercial Code (HGB) are subject to the inspection and notification requirements set out in § 377 HGB: The purchaser must examine the goods immediately after their delivery by the vendor, as far as this is practicable in the ordinary course of business, and upon the discovery of any defect must immediately give notice thereof to the vendor. Should you fail to comply with the instructions set out therein; the goods will be deemed to have been approved unless the defect was not detectable on inspection. This shall not apply if a given defect has been concealed by us deceitfully.
Statutory warranty rights shall apply.
We shall in any case be liable without limitation for claims due to damages that have been caused by us, our legal representatives or legal agents
• for injury to life, limb or health
• for deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty

Except these cases, our civil law liability is limited to the foreseeable and direct damages at the time of contract conclusion.
